Comments:
Creds to Ana for both those wonderful log titles. Swam at Wilson today. Saw Eliza in the pool and Christina and Deniz in the locker rooms for their crew swim test so the pool was full of hopper spirit. Kinda made up the workout on the spot:
500, 200, 4*25 in 30 seconds, breaststroke cool downs in between all of them
