Comments:
Warmup around the bridges. 20x100m Hills at full bore. Recovery down the hill. It was tough, but I manged to do quite well. The times on the intervals are combined up and cool down the hill. I averaged about 19-24 seconds on the way up, but my cool down varied a lot.
