Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran the warmup and then went out 1 mile before turning around. The pace was more consistent than it has been in the past several weeks. I felt decent but kinda tired bc I didn't really sleep that much last night and the night before. After my run I hung out in the weight room for about 15-20 minutes before everyone else got back. We did an ab workout in the wrestling room that had us rotating through 4 stations. One was a weighted plank, 2nd was 2 wallwalks, 3rd was something like iron cross but I forget what it was called, and 4th was hanging from the bars with our legs up. The 4th station was hard because my hands kept slipping.
