Comments:
Ran 6 miles after school. It was cold out, but not terrible. Did a mile easy, then stretch. Then 1/2 mile easy followed by 30 minutes of 1:00 hard/2:00 easy and finished with a half mile cool down. Ran with the distance runners on the track team. Felt great.
