Weather: TITRATE! TITRATE! TITRATE!

I think this is the farthest I've run, not by much, but it's still an improvement. I felt pretty good the whole way. I went back to the weightroom when I was done and hung out there for about 15 minutes before we did this ab/arm workout in the wrestling room. Basically what we did was split up into groups of four, and each group had two pairs. One pair would do 80 reps for 4 exercises (jumping pull-ups, situps w/ medicine balls, and burpees), except for around-the-worlds which required 8 reps. Ian, Jake, Garret, and Zoe M were in my group. Zoe was my partner, and we generally did 40 reps each.
