Comments:
Good long run. Took the "nerd belt" withe fruit snacks, not the best choice but serviceable. Dumb construction work got me off rhythm at mile 2.5; had to urinate around mile 10; got some trail running in at mile 19 to avoid previously mentioned dumb construction. Overall, felt smooth, kind of achey from the flu shot but able to hold it together.
