Weather: Cool, some fog, sunrise
Comments:
This turned out to be longer than I had expected. Not 100% sure on the distance, but this is a conservative estimate and should be within .25 mile. Physically felt pretty good. Definitely was running faster toward the middle of the run. Slow but steady through the end. Gel at 1 and 2 hours. Main struggle was mental. Hard to stay in it and not think your way out of the run at this distance. Also, with a new course I didn't exactly know where I was at in relation to the whole at times. All in all a good effort. A long run.
