Comments:
Morning run caught up on my sleep and I felt ready to go. Took it easy, town was quiet. Just on the border of shorts weather too. Run went by effortless since we were talking the whole time, legs didnt feel tired or sore at all, just felt like I could run along at that pace for a while. Kinda surprised honestly with the way I have been perceiving my training lately. Finished up at High St then I came back home through town.

Essentials: Stretch

Ok stretch legs feel kinda tight after I got back. Feel refreshed and strong, much better than last night when I just felt chunky bloated and stinky. I know that those 5ks are coming up and I want to feel at least slightly confident with my pace and endurance to push it. I look forward to that and the nicer weather.
