Comments:
like the never-ending relay in high school, but with thousands.
supposed to do 5. did 3. legs started hurting a lot.
combo of: heavy week, morning practice, speed work, on the track, and freezing cold (and waiting around because it was intervals).
so no surprise it flared up.
felt ok at first. partners with Elise.
