Modified lift for racing

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Did the racing modified lift that we also did before Calvin.
Circut 1 by 3
Lateral Abd add with rubber bands x 15 (Felt pretty good. Hip strencth is probably good for me with my peroidic hip problems)

MB Pushups 5 right 5 left (Same as last week not too bad)

Stability ball crunch (Felt fine didn't bother me as much when doing the abs later either)

Pullups (got 7,6,5 I've moved back to these to try to improve my doing them, I figure the dest way to improve something is to do it so I got back at them and did see some improvement since the last time)

Circut 2 x 3
DB Sholder lateral raise x 20 with 5 in each (I still wish they had 8 pound dumbells which would elp a lot with this)

Incline pushups x 15 (Felt good although they got tough towards the end)

Bench dips x 15 (Probably should try my hand at bar dips in the future as I'm getting pretty good and the bench kind)

DB arm runs x 30 with 5lbs each (These felt tough just by going as fast as you can. Just going fast to make it tough)

General comments: This workout was definitly better than the one from Tuesday. I was a lit more consistant and moved quickly from one lift to the next. This lift sneaks up on me. I don't leave feeling all that drained but the next day I feel it all through my arms.
