Comments:
Ran at Roberts Wesleyan. After a mile warm-up, stretch, some jogging and some strides I ran 4 x 1,600 meters on the track with a 3:00 jog in between. My times were 5:59, 5:57, 5:55, 5:53. Felt decent. Cool down run on the XC course.
