Comments:
Bad race, good through first mile (4:54, top 15), second mile was a bit tougher (10:07, top 6) but absolutely fell apart last mile (between 5:25-5:30) for a 16:22, slower than last year. Very very painful after the race, dehydrated or sick or something; couldn't move for twenty minutes and puked a couple times. Oh well, good to experience that dying feeling, can only make me better, and manhattan is my kind of race
