Amherst Run

Comments:
Ran through campus to the bike path that runs behind it. First day of good weather so far this break. Ran about twenty minutes and bumped into Katherine! We ran together for about twenty minutes and it was great to catch up with her. It was such a nice trail to run on and we had a good conversation. Probably the best run of break so far in terms of how I've felt, and obviously it was nice to have someone to run with. I did planks/pll, super clams, and pushups before the run, and ankle strength afterwards.
