Comments:
Great run in the afternoon on campus. Did not want to stay late today, ended up being real productive on the way. It was nice and sunny out, but windy and that made it chilly actually. I went with the double LS, at points it was too much but overall I probably needed it. Its been a while since I have been up north. It was nice up there I enjoyed the creek and the waterfall. Starting out, legs felt pretty heavy and chunky, not great it took me a while to get them moving. Coming back felt a little more controlled and steady, but they were not fresh feeling. I could pick it up on campus back to the gym though, dodging students walking around. At the gym, hopped on the indoor for a mile shakeout since I wanted a little bit more. That was boring as all hell but I got into the zone on the last few laps and did a straight away strider. That straight away is soo short...
Essentials: Stretch, L7, abs
Gym was real busy but I luckily found a good spot to stretch. I needed that stretch out for sure legs felt a lot better after, especially during L7. Didnt really want to do abs but I forced myself and it was actually straight forward, feeling a lot easier. Quick jog back to the parking lot so that I didnt tighten up too much. It was even windier on the way back. Shit when I did get back, realized I left Pokemon Go on my phone the whole time! Battery was shot, but luckily I didnt waste any data since I somehow picked up the wifi from the Peter Pan bus... Thanks bro. I always do that. No one ever said it was gonna be easy to become a Pokemon Master. Gotta Catch em All!
