South Overlook to Veale via Cedar Hill (with Grogan, Grese), up MLK to E 116th to Buckeye to South Moreland to Livingston to Abell to Milverton to Ashby to Kinsman to Chagrin to Lee to Scottsdale to Latimore to Glencairn to Kenmore to Fernway to Warrington to Coventry to North Park back down to Veale (with Grogan, Grese, Link, Nick Hewitt), Veale through campus to Wade Park and back (alone) -

This was an exceptionally good run. My legs were sore at the start and finish, but felt good for about miles 3-12. This run consisted of me picking semirandom streets oscillating along the ghetto/Shaker border area and I think everyone else was totally lost excpet me. The mileage was total guesswork until I mapped it. I did not plan on this being my long run, but it just sort of happened that way. Once I came back to Veale knowing I had run about 12.5 miles, I figured I would just add on a couple more to make it 15.
