Today was funky end of another tough stressful week. Weather was just whack its sleet/snow/rained, but that didnt stop me from running. Mood fluctuates so much lately but at least I still have running to go to. Started out fast, and felt good really even though I couldnt see much and it was kinda chilly. Felt good until I stepped in a huge puddle and my shoes got real wet. Made it up the hill fine. It did start to get a bit slippery on the way back though.

Essentials: Stretch

Just an easy stretch, legs feeling ok. Just fried out really. Weather better improve before these races. Classic New England.
