Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Long run went as well as could be. Three five-mile loops with a half mile after every lap for fuel. Good fueling, everything felt good. However, the wind was not my friend (again) and the final five miles were difficult. Mile 16 was a 6:31 but I was going as fast as I could straight into the evil gusts. Overall, the run went very well. Next week should be good for the half marathon time trial.
