The Bowery

Comments:
Made a loop in NYC from grandparents' apartment using Houston, the Bowery, and the FDR. Very slow going and stop and go because of foot traffic on the Bowery and Houston, but once I got to the East River Park along the FDR there were no stoppages. Running through the Wall Street area was also nice since nobody's there on Saturday. I felt pretty sluggish throughout the run, especially the stretch on the Bowery. Planks/pll before, ankle strength after.
