Comments:
Was feeling bummed out and chunky this weekend, so a run was definitely in order. Today cleared up and it was just sunny and pretty, a real spring feeling. A little chilly with the wind but half zip worked well. Starting out, legs a little heavy, and shins kinda tight. Shoes are getting really old I think. Still, it felt great to be out there. I was just cruzing along, not thinking about anything. A great release for once. Finished up strong into the gym, got in my little lift then came back and felt just as smooth. The shift in the weather today made this quite enjoyable.

Essentials: Stretch

Quick stretch when I got back legs feeling kinda tight, but I feel worked up and thats a great thing. Could go for a roll later tonight. Weather looks good the next few days this week as well. I have a few late nights but I think I can be efficient and fit in what I need to fit in.
