Quick and easy since I didnt lift at all this last week and I wanted to actually get out and run some more. Not too crowded and had a good abs over on the other side of the gym. Workout was:

3 sets of
DB Front Shoulder Raise x10 (20 lbs)
DB Seated Shoulder Press x10 (20 lbs)
DB Inverted Row x10 (20 lbs)
