Comments:
Like I said, I deserved a run today. Got home at the reasonable time and rolled out. It was a little overcast but warm enough today, felt more like fall. Once on the Rail Trail, I felt like just going straight along it. Its been a while since I did a mall loop too. It was good stuff felt great on the way out and even better on the way back. Controlled, smooth, relaxed. Finished up strong at the end of the path then took it easier down the hill. Still surprised how easy this feels after maintaining Modified-level training.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch when I got back I was pretty sweaty and nasty. Legs feel enlightened, not necessarily sore. Good tune up for this weekend, get in a shake out then its race time.
