Comments:
Half Marathon time trial. First three miles were 6:14, 6:09, and 6:04. Nothing to write home about. Final ten were at a decent pace, average around 5:55 or so? Final time, 1:18:09 for 13.17. Smooth all the way through. Good fitness barometer.
