We started at 6:30 a.m. IT'S STILL DARK! We ran first 12 averaging 8:30's. Last 6 miles were: 7:56, 7:49; 7:53; 7:48; 7:48; 7:45. We drank at 4 water stops and ate a breakfast bar around 8 miles. Felt good. Foot was tender through the entire run. Throbbing after. Will ice many times today.
