Weather: ~60 degrees, Lovely

Comments:
Long run day. And holy crap. I think there must've been some nitroglycerin in my banana this morning. Either way, awesome run. Did 2 10 miles loops around Princeton. Roughly split 60:40 trail to road. Each loop had both the Springdale and Mercer road hills on them. And still I ended up with this time. Needless to say, I'm excited. None of my runs before this were even close to this good. But, I'll stay relaxed, and take care of myself from here on in. Sleep a lot, eat well, stay consistent. Also drink a bunch of water. Nearly had my hammy cramp up on me after I finished. I'll try to stay on top of the hydration game on race day in a couple weeks.

The kid really wants some fresh lobster next year.
