Comments:
I had to leave at 5 luckily everyone was pretty much done and was just stretching at that point so I didn't miss much. I did two strides after the run. The first one I felt kind of awkward and I was overstriding a lot, but the second one I got used to the faster pace and my stride felt really good. It was great being able to run fast again, even though it was only for 15-20 seconds. The run was good too. I was hoping to run closer to 4 miles, but I liked being able to go on a full run with everyone instead of turning around early and going back on my own.
