Well spring hit today, up into the upper 60s, I didnt even know what to feel when I got outside. Starting out could definitely feel yesterday, legs pretty heavy. The weather definitely energized me though. Made my way up through town and to the gym. On the way back, saw all the students outside laying on the Southwest lawn, playing games and just chilling. I love seeing that when the winter drifts away. From there finished up rather strong even though legs still felt heavy. I think my shoes are really getting worn down.

Essentials: Stretch

Just a real simple stretch when I got back. IT and knee feeling good today actually. I got caught up watching some Easter/Jesus/Holy Grail conspiracy theory show on History Channel, so I tightened up a little bit. Not too sore from the lift though which is good I took it easier today.
