Ohh its feeling like Spring out today! Little chiller at lab today, working into the groove. Came home then hit some iron in the evening. Solid been a while since I got downstairs, really focused on form and strengthening the back today. Workout was:

DB Arm series x10 (10 lbs)
Dead lift x10 (40 lbs)
Squats x10 (40 lbs)
4 sets of:
Bench Press x10 (50 lbs)
