Weather: 55, pretty much perfect

Comments:
Not quite a BQ...yet. However, a 22 minute PR is a 22 minute PR. My last 1.2 miles was in about 8m flat which is pretty quick. When I finished there was a brief moment or two were breathing was hard. I ended up running miles 8-23 with Laura, miles 22-24 were rough, I'm still not sure how I stayed on pace. She certainly deserves some credit. At one point I thought, I can't run any further. And yet, stayed on pace. Splits from website below.
