Comments:
3x300 with the normal group of guys. Wasn't expecting a great workout since I felt so terrible in general on the warmup to AU. First two 300's I actually felt like my turnover was decent-something that I have really not gotten to feel for most of Junior year-but the third was tougher since it sort of felt like the middle of a workout and not the end, so I didn't end up running it as fast as I could have. Interesting to do this the day before a meet, but I know the meet is low key and I'm excited for it. Did ankle strength and IYT's and calf strength. William's strength before AU was killer.
