Comments:
Ran from Devil Dog to the track and did 6x200 with 400 jog recovery, targeting 37. I was pretty close for the first set (36, 38, 35), then got too hyped up watching F-15s head off after refueling and went 35, 33, 34 for the last three. Felt pretty good while I was running but it did kinda screw my lift.
