Exercise Type: Run

Weather: This is two logs in one sorry if it looks long

Comments:
I didn't log Tuesday's workout with actual words because I had my AP Chem final this morning and I couldn't really think about anything other than that. I would delete what's there now, but I think it's actually kind of funny so I'm just going to write my thoughts about yesterday's workout here.
I was planning on doing part of the workout, but not nearly as much as I did. I though I would just do one or two miles at a slower pace than everyone else or 800-1200m at the same pace. I ended up doing a full rep with Ingrid, Nisha, and Emma and then I started the second rep with them but dropped after the 4th lap for a mix of reasons even though I knew I could've done it. I guess one reason is that I just wasn't used to going at that pace for so long and it was very unnerving. Other reasons include stuff like nausea but I don't feel like explaining them all. Anyway, I went on a cooldown with Grace who also stopped after two reps because she was feeling sick. We went to the weightroom and did a few exercises.
Today I was basically in a daze the entire day after taking my test. I was a little more focused during practice, but not really. We were just doing a short recovery run, which was fine by me. I actually wanted to cross-train on the bike, but I just assumed they would all be taken because so many other people are cross -training right now and I don't want to use the eliptical bikes. So I went on the run and it was more entertaining than I expected because the bird sanctuary was flooded and we were trying to find ways around the swamps until we eventually decided to turn around and go on the trail farther away from the water. I went back the shorter way through stewart park while everyone else went to the farmers market. When I got back, I went to the weightroom where we did an ab workout. I finally managed to jump up to the bar (instead of just standing on mats and reaching), but it hurt my feet so I didn't feel any satisfaction. I did like the wall walks though, because holding myself there was oddly comforting.
