Long Run!

Weather: 50 degrees, nice!

Comments:
Rode the L train downtown to the Merchandise Mart with Enes. We started at the wall by the river near lower Wacker. My Garmin was not picking up the signal from down there, so it did not pick up a signal until we reached the Lakefront Path, pretty much exactly when we reached the path.

We started with a run along the river toward the Lakeshore path, with an easy pace, running about 10:19. 1.23 miles to the Lakefront Path, 8:23 pace.

We ran up the Lakefront Path about 8.8 miles for a total of 10 miles.

Felt good, but I could tell that my left side (knee, quad, etc) was tight toward the end of the run. I had mild Left knee pain after the run in the evening.
