Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Went to gym to stretch and do strengthening exercises for my left knee.
-walking lunges with weights
-3 x wall sits for 1:00+
-leg raises
-core strength: big/little, runner, etc.
My Left thigh hurt a bit when doing the strengthening exercises.
Afterwards, I went to Eva's 4th birthday party!
