Comments:
Didnt sleep that well last night and still tried to go in to get back into lab. Henning saw me in the hallway and instantly sent me home. I listened to him after gathering up my stuff. Good idea since its the achy drained type of cold. Did a little work here and there, had my good Skype call then decided to at least try a few miles. I always feel a little better in the long run after getting a shake out in. Overall run was tough, felt slagged down. Still kept powering, the sun felt good.

Essentials: Stretch

A easy stretch when I got back, just trying to settle down and catch my breath. Still feeling groggy after the run, legs refreshed though. Its been a while since I ran and I walked so much this weekend they were a little wrapped up. It felt good to put some shoes on and go though after watching the racers this week.
