Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Solid AU workout with Jack and Jackson. 12x400 with a 1 minute cool down. To be honest, we were pretty generous about how long those cool downs were, but we were actually jogging them straight away and not walking or wasting any time in between 4's so that was really good. I was able to pace them for the first nine, but the last three they had a little more in them to speed up and I just kind of stayed where I was. Hopefully I can make a few adjustments and improve my kick, something that I've been struggling with this year. Right shin was very sore afterwards, and my right knee as well. Did a lot of rolling and iced it. Overall, I feel pretty good about my effort in this workout.
