Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Didnt exactly feel great and ready to run right when I got home, so I waited a little then worked up to it. Starting out felt pretty strong and good actually, like I was supposed to be out there. Could feel the cold coming up on me though. I didnt really think about it and just focused on the run. The soft trails were really nice. Cut off at Kiwanis and went back over to Amherst College. The road was kinda busy so I tried to go up over the train tracks. As I was clamering through the bushes the train actually came by I only made it through like a minute before. Cool timing. Made my way back around campus and finished up rather strong, but felt super gassed when I got back.
Essentials: Stretch
A very short and brief stretch even though my legs felt tired and sore. Then I sat around for a while before getting to eat even though I was pretty hungry. Hope to get some new shoes this weekend. The Ghost 9 came out and I saw it Boston it looks pretty sick, but the 10s are coming out this summer! Thats what happens when your mileage drops you miss out on the new releases.
