Comments:
Ran on the track at Gates Chili at 6 AM. After mile and a half warm up, ran 10 x 400 meters with a 400 meter jog recovery between each one. Felt good. It was cold out. My times were: 84, 83, 83, 82, 81, 81, 78, 78, 77, 74. A half mile cool down put me at 50 miles for the week.
