Feels like a while since I have lifted. Looked like it too. Gym kinda crowded and after my last free weight set this kid was talking really loudly on the phone acting like a douche, so that make me want to wrap up quickly. Eitherway I got something good in. Workout was:

4 sets of:
DB Shoulder Raise x 15 (15 lbs)
DB Upward Rows x15 (15 lbs)
PBDKLBLKDBDBL x10 (15 lbs)
