easy-plus and barefoot at UO

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran from work in sort of crappy weather, through campus to UO for a couple barefoot, then back to work. Felt...uptempo but a little heavy. REALLY worked on low back arch + even some "Kilian Butt"-out!

Practice: excellent workout for the kids, 500-200. They struggled on the first one, but then "woke up". Good day.
