1000s and 200s

Comments:
I was feeling tired during the warmup because of yesterday's run and Tuesday's meet, so I was kinda worried about the workout especially because it was my first full workout. It ended up being fine though. I stayed with Ingrid the entire time and we hit all of our times. We were supposed to do 4x1200 at 4:25-4:30 pace and 4x200m in 42-44 seconds. Going down the straightaway became harder every lap because we were feeling the wind more and more as the 1000s went on. We did the 200s on the backstretch so it wasn't as bad.
I'm running the 3k on Saturday which I was initially surprised about because I just assumed I wasn't running. I'm not sure if I'm tempoing or racing yet. I don't think it would be a good idea for me to tempo one part and race another or something like that because my pacing is really wacky right now and I probably wouldn't do it right. I'm excited to run the 3k again.
