Dry Needling HURTS

Comments:
PT this morning. More needles=more pain. Workout in the afternoon=extra pain. My calves were super sore all morning from the needles, but then legitimately hurt much more than they have for a long time during my 4*200s. I can't tell if that was from the PT or if it was unrelated pain, but I had to cut out 2 of the 200s I was supposed to do because they really felt bad. My calves were unbearably tight, the lower inner part of both shins hurt especially, and my left quad was hurting a bit too (as if I need more pain). Also just felt crappy because it was hot and I was dehydrated I'm sure, and I hate sprinting, but it's ok. It was time for a bad workout I think because I've been feeling so good in general the last few weeks.
