Comments:
alright run. kung po chicken that I had for dinner hurt me for the first 5 miles and then felt better after that. went up to eaton rd and then i planned on calling the run short b/c of the stomach but started to feel better so I went to north side and back for the extra miles. pace about 7:20-7:25.
