Comments:
Longest hill workout of the training grind. Unfortunately the Garmin was dead, for shame (do not know the exact distance or time). However, the effort was definitely there. Pushed the pace on every uphill and cruised on the downhill. Final interval was a loop around the shop, which was a good up-down combination. Overall, good workout.
