Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Down to the track today for repeat thousands. We used to do a workout similar to this in high school but as with the milers more rest, less repeats, and faster times. Here the length is a facter where as in high school it wasn't as much. Anyways the first group split in two and I ran with the second group of them consisting of Cromer, Chris Wade, Nick, Colin, and I. The pace wasn't too bad at the begining but I definitly felt t at half way as we started to ratchet the pace down a bit. We all shared the lead and finnished as a group on all but the last when things got strung out in the last 200 or so. The 3 min rest was generous. I flet recovered when we hit the line but I felt the intervals as they added up. Still finnished strong thoug which was nice. This was a pretty good workout and I feel like I can really bust one out at Oberlin a week from Saturday.

To recap: 8x1000m with 3min recovery (quarter jog)
After the cool down did Coach's arm circut (2 sets of 14 x dimond pushups, bench dips, decline pushups, bench dips, clap pushups)
Ice bath on my calves which were realy tight after the workout. Probably will go for the full on Tues or Wed.
Ibius with 10 pushups between and Static 3 when I got back to my room.
