Comments:
Man legs pretty sore from the race actually. I was moving around a lot so that kept me limber but still could feel the quads and hips. Got softball practice tomorrow so Ill be even more sore. Probably not going to get much mileage in this week... But it will be feeling like summer time around here pretty soon and thats one of my favorite times to run.
