Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Long run in the heat. Probably around 80 degrees. Did not enjoy running in the heat. Relatively no shade, not feeling well. Second time I was not able to go for the actual twenty in succession. However, felt good to run and walk the entire 21+ in less than 2:40:00. Next twenty-miles should be run in the morning, might feel better? Happy to have a decent run, I would give it a B+.
