Comments:
Attempt #2 at The Michigan. Didn't make it through the entire workout. Did 2K, Mile, 2K, 800, 800 (6:51, 5:12, 6:49, 2:33, 2:42). Feeling exhausted. Not sure if it's the speed work, lack of iron, humidity, and/or cumulative fatigue. Anything faster than 5:20/mile feels "fast". Not sure what's going on.
