Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Best way to get rid of a hangover is to run. Glad I brought my shoes. Me Phil Chris and Vaughn headed out after we all got up and went up north on the beach. Sun was out and breeze was fresh. It was a nice nice day. Felt pretty good running with the group. That was just like good old days we all knew where each other was going and who was doing what pace. I missed that a lot. We went all up the road and then cut over to the beach for a little bit. Low tide and we could jump over all of the tide pools. It was a good jaunt. On the way back, the beach was pretty windy and we started to get tossed around, so we cut back over to the road, threw in a few farleks here and there too. We couldnt remember where our street was and it felt like we were just wandering back on the road looking for the spot. Felt so refreshed and ready to go again when we got back.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched a little bit but we quickly started into a game of cornhole and got on with the rest of our chill activities. Calves definitely feeling tight and sore from the beach.
No one had any idea how far we went. Call it 5ish since the pace wasnt blazing like back in the day.
