Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
8 x 1000m...all around 3:10 except the last 3, 305, 305, 255....although its feeling a little better and the times were fine my shin is still sore, feels like shin splints, hopefully I can run /cross-train my way through it without losing much, I think its was from the muddy shitstorm of a course that was All-OH, but I don't know....gonna bike tomorrow, and I'm prepared to take a few days until it gets back to 100% even if it sacrifices some of my fitness...as long as it doesn't get worse, I'm hoping to have this under control (i.e. no pain) by the end of the week, don't get scared kids, I'm far from done....fuck, I have circuits homework to do
