Campus Loop

Comments:
Planned on running today, but Charlotte wanted to go too so I met up with her and we did a little loop around campus. It was pretty busy today with move out. I got a good warm up biking home, and my legs were actually rocked up from that and yesterday. It took me a while to get into it, glad I had someone to run with. Weather was pretty swell though so I enjoyed that. Finally started to feel better coming back down the hill.

Essentials: Stretch

Ok stretch legs still sore. Just feeling fried today I think its because its move out and graduation. I just felt blah blah this afternoon. Its natural. In retrospect glad I have a plan moving forward so I can feel like I am working toward something even on off days like today.
